Shirley Lee Brooms, 77 of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022, at Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, N.C.
She was the daughter of the late Ray and Nell Rice Lee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Tony and Mickey Pursley; plus three brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Brooms; sons, Derrick Pursley and Michael Brooms, both of Robbinsville, N.C.; daughter, Noel Frisoli of Chicago, Ill.; brother, Larry Lee and wife Linda of Breman, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2022 at the Townson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Robbinsville, N.C.
