Robbinsville – It is often stated that the final score does not always tell the whole story. For the Robbinsville Black Knights, Friday’s 70-64 loss to the Smoky Mountain Mustangs contains many layers – namely, a 32-point fourth quarter, after trailing 34-20 at halftime.

Rosman – In a battle of winless teams, something has to give. Unfortunately for the Robbinsville Black Knights (0-7, 0-3), the win went in-favor of the home team in Tuesday’s battle at Rosman (1-10, 1-5), with the Knights falling to the Tigers, 53-50.

Robbinsville – With football season over, the Robbinsville basketball program finally tipped off its 2019-20 campaign on Dec. 19. But playing host to the Smoky Mountain Mustangs (3-4), the Black Knights (0-2, 0-1) started the year off on a sour note, dropping a 75-39 affair.
