Robbinsville – A Superior Court judge has ordered a mediated settlement conference between Smoky Mountain Urgent Care and Graham County government before a trial can take place.

Robbinsville – Graham County and its insurance carrier have asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Smoky Mountain Urgent Care. In turn, the county is making demands of its own.

Urgent Care not going anywhere

Robbinsville – Despite rumors and some questions to the contrary, Graham County has stated that Smoky Mountain Urgent Care will remain in operation.
