Robbinsville – Wren Millsaps waited a long time for it. As a player, he never won a game against Murphy. As a coach, he had never won a game against Murphy. That all changed on Sept. 12, as the Millsaps-led JV Black Knights (2-0) stunned the Bulldogs 48-30.

At long last!

Robbinsville – The last time Robbinsville defeated Murphy in volleyball, this year’s class of seniors were still in middle school. The 2015 sweep of the Lady Bulldogs seemed like a distant memory until Sept.

Knights impress in home scrimmage

   If Friday’s scrimmage is any indication, Robbinsville football fans are in for a treat this season.

   Members of the Graham County 4H Club have been spending a lot of time in the woods this summer visiting area waterfalls.    So far this year, they have visited the following waterfalls: Burgan’s Creek, Yellow Creek, Falls Branch, Wright Creek, and Sassafras Creek.

Let the football jousting begin

After just one day of practice, optimism was running high among both the Black Knights football players and coaching staff. Robbinsville took to the high school practice field Aug. 1 for the first official day of 2019 practice.
