* Carissa Carver knew her freshman year that her senior project had to be about helping someone else. Robbinsville High School teacher Leleia Hyde suggested doing a fundraiser for the Masonic Children’s Home, for an orphanage in Oxford. Carver raised more than $2,100 and found out just how important orphanages are to children of all ages. Jim Hyde was her mentor and they decided to cook and sell barbecue to raise that money.

* Senior wrestler Nick Morefield picked up his 100th career win during the Enka Duals Tournament. Morefield wrestled in the 126-pound weight class and had a 26-6 record for the season. He was one of the five wrestlers to go 5-0 at the dual tournament and became the only tenth wrestler to earn this feat at Robbinsville.
