Jane Ann Singleton, 90 of the Forest Lakes community in Robbinsville, N.C., passed away peacefully at home with family. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 60 years, William C. Singleton. A native of New Jersey, she had lived in the Robbinsville area for more than 25 years.

Dolores Roberts, 83 of the Cross Creek community of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. She was a native of St. Louis, Mo., and the daughter of the late Thomas Carl Romine and Iris Nickels Romine.

Polly Moose, 77 of the Atoah community of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Friday, Sept. 23, 2022, at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tenn. She was a native of Cherokee County, and the daughter of the late Robert and Maude Neal Guffey.

Mary Ellen Mehaffey, 91 of the Mill Creek Circle community of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away, Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was a native of Cherokee County, and the daughter of the late Hill and Mae Jones Dockery.

Ronald Daniels, 69 of the Dry Creek community in Stecoah, passed away, Monday, Sept. 12, 2022, at his residence. He was a native of Graham County, and the son of the late Floyd and Juanita McCracken Daniels.

Robert Allen Keith, 78 of the Jack Branch community of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away peacefully in his favorite rocking chair, Thursday, Aug. 4, 2022, while watching his birds and flowers, and giving his pet dogs their daily treat on the porch.

Bruce Johnson, 92, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 31, 2022, at his daughter Patricia’s home in Robbinsville, N.C., where he had been living since 2019 Bruce was the son of I.B.D. and Ruth Johnson and grew up in Somerville, Ala.

Shirley Orr, 75 of the I U Gap community in Robbinsville, N.C., passed away, Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, at Graham Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was a native of Graham County, and the daughter of the late Harley Waldroup and Maybelle Blevins Miller.
