Howard Alton Garver, 78 and formerly of Robbinsville, N.C. passed away Monday, Aug.15, 2022, at his residence in Culleoka, Tenn., where he had resided for the past eight years. Howard was born in Rochester, N.Y., and was the son of the late Rudolph James Garver and Edith May Mosher Garver.

Shirley Lee Brooms, 77 of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022, at Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, N.C. She was the daughter of the late Ray and Nell Rice Lee.

Lois Christine Queen, 92 of Robbinsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2022, after a long illness. A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of Thomas A. Kuykendall and Bonnie Kuykendall (Plemmons).
