Just in time: tax tips

With tax season arriving later than normal, some may not see their refund checks until later. The IRS postponed opening income tax returns until Friday, Feb. 12 this year, due to COVID-19. The date is approximately two weeks later than when returns would be accepted in a normal year.

Commissioners approve new middle school financing

Robbinsville – An ongoing project project took a big step forward last week, when the Graham County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved new financing to build the new middle school wing. During its Jan. 18 meeting, the board unanimously approved paying an additional $103,670.
