* Robbinsville cross-country season preview Robbinsville – No excuses here. When the Robbinsville High School cross-country program hits the course for its first meet after press time Wednesday, the Knights will return just one girl and six boys from last year’s campaign.

Final voting numbers confirmed

Graham County’s 76.55-percent voter turnout for the 2020 general election ranked 8th out of the 17 western North Carolina counties.

Contractor, HUD reach impasse

Robbinsville – A local woman and daughter are being threatened with eviction, as sparks fly between a local contractor and local U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administrator Four Square Community Action.
