Lucille Sequoyah Owens, 90, of Robbinsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 13, 2020 at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation. She was the daughter of the late Ammons and Kina Ledford Sequoyah.

Janet Sue Stewart

Janet Sue Stewart, 75, of Robbinsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 9, 2020, at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation. A native of Graham County, she was the daughter of the late Broadus and Juanita Cook Stewart. She was also preceded in death by her son Boyce Rogers, Jr.

Joe Larry Phillips

Joe Larry Phillips, age 80 of Old Tallulah Road in Robbinsville, N.C. passed away, Monday, March 9, 2020 at his residence. He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Betty Phillips.

Euna Mae Waldroup

Euna Mae (Sis) Waldroup, age 73 of Robbinsville, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at her residence. She was a native of Graham County and the daughter of the late John and Ellen Bridges Burrell.

Hazel Parker Campbell

Hazel Parker Campbell passed away – surrounded by her loving family – on Monday, March 2, 2020. She was 100 years old. She wanted to live to be 100.  We celebrated her birthday Feb. 15, with 92 family and friends at the Virtues Golf Club in Newark, Ohio. She enjoyed every minute of it.

Betty Lou Teasdale

Betty Lou Teasdale, of the Little Snowbird Community of Robbinsville, N.C. went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 5, 2020. Betty Lou was born in the Congo to missionary parents, Floyd and Amy Pierson.

Wanda Jackson Blythe

Wanda Jackson Blythe, 53, of the Jackson Branch Community in Robbinsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Clarence Lee and Betty Jean Smoker Jackson. Wanda loved her family dearly.

Norma Carr Edison

Norma Holder Carr Edison, 77, of the Stecoah Community, went home to be with the Lord early Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020 at Swain Community Hospital in Bryson City, N.C. A native of Graham County, she was the daughter of the late William Hobert and Ellen Elizabeth Lovin Holder.

Wayne William Sawyer

Wayne William Sawyer, Jr. “Big Wayne”, 65, of Robbinsville, N.C., passed away on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020.  He was a native of Wayne County, Mich., but had lived in Robbinsville N.C. for many years.  Wayne, Jr. is the son of Ruby Lee Shuler Sawyer of Robbinsville, N.C.

Mary M. Lindenberg

With sadness, we announce that Mary M. Lindenberg passed away on Monday, Feb. 17, 2020 at The Solana in Marietta, Ga. at the age of 76.  Mary was born on March 13, 1943 in New Orleans, La.
